Pursuant to the policy for prevention of insider trading code of conduct of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window of the company shall remain closed from Wednesday 1st July 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ending 30th June 2026 (Q1) by the Board of Directors of the company and filed with the stock exchanges.
