Approved the appointment of Shri M Pavankumar existing General Manager Finance of the Company as the new Chief Financial Officer with effect from the start of business hours on November 12 2022.3. Taken on record the cessation of Shri Akshay S Pitti as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on November 11 2022. Shri Akshay S Pitti continues in his role as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 4.30 PM and concluded at 6:00 P.M.
