Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems: Compliances-Certificate under Reg. 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018

In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 based on the certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited (RTA) which is enclosed herewith we hereby confirm in relation with the securities received for dematerialization that:a) The securities received from depository participants for dematerialization were confirmed (accepted/ rejected) to the depositories and b) The securities comprised in the said Certificate(s) have been listed on the Stock Exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed; and c) The said certificate(s) received for dematerialization have been confirmed / rejected and after due verification have been mutilated and cancelled by the depository participant and the name of the depository have been substituted in the register of members for our records as the registered owner.
