Arrow Greentech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2018, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (20%) for the year ended March 31, 2018, which is subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
