Further, in terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain close with immediate effect till 16th November, 2018
