This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Salem Erode Investments Limited at their meeting held today i.e. January 30 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the issue of 7 500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) each for cash at par aggregating to Rs. 75 00 000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs only) on private placement basis in one or more tranches.
