Trans Freight Containers Ltd has informed BSE that one of the unsecured creditors, who had advanced unsecured loan to the Company has filed a petition before the Hon?ble Bombay High Court seeking order from the said High Court for the winding up of the Company and appointment of Official Liquidator with an intention to recover her dues. The Company is taking necessary steps to defend the case before the Honble Bombay High Court under the advice of its lawyers.
