Pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith the newspaper copies of the Mint (English Daily) and Business Remedies (Hindi Daily) both dated 14th August 2019 in which the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2019 have been published. The aforesaid results have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 13th August 2019.
