As per the Companys Code of Conduct for the Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday 01st October 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the un- audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September 2026 to the Stock Exchange.
