Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations it is hereby notified that the Trading Window (period for trading in Companys securities) will be closed with effect from October 01 2021 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2021 as may be approved at the Board Meeting.
