Sub: Grant of Employee Stock Options
This is to inform you that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on August 5, 2017 approved the grant of 18,000 Stock Options to the employees of the Company.
The exercise price for the above grant of options is Rs. 637.05 being the closing price of the Companys shares on the National Stock Exchange, the Exchange which recorded the highest trading on August 4, 2017.
Further to inform that 18,270 options granted earlier under the scheme have been forfeited.
