3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Charanjit Attra, Executive Director- New Business Initiatives, Strategy & Finance has decided to pursue opportunities in the areas of advisory services relating to accounting and auditing on Ind AS (converged IFRS) and therefore, has decided to step down from the Board with effect from the close of business hours on May 28, 2015. The Board has accepted his resignation.
