Himadri Speciality Chemical: Commencement Of Commercial Operations - Speciality Carbon Black At Mahistikry Plant Hooghly West Bengal

This is in continuation of our earlier communication dated 25 April 2024 regarding the brownfield expansion for installation of a new Speciality Carbon Black line of 70 000 MTPA at the Companys manufacturing facility situated at Mahistikry Hooghly West Bengal. Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI LODR Regulations we hereby inform that the Commercial Operations of the aforesaid expanded capacity of 70 000 MTPA have commenced with effect from 24 February 2026. Consequent to the above expansion the Companys total Carbon Black manufacturing capacity stands enhanced to 2 50 000 MTPA including Speciality Carbon Black capacity of 1.30 000 MTPA at the Mahistikry site.
