With reference to the earlier letter dated July 15, 2016 regarding proposed Board meeting on August 05, 2016, Bharat Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that at the said Board meeting, inter alia, the proposal for Buy Back of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each will also be considered by the Board.
The closing period of trading window from July 16, 2016 to August 07, 2016 as intimated earlier shall continue to hold good for the above proposal.
