We hereby inform the Stock Exchanges that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment)
Regulations 2018 the Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by
insiders and as per BSE Circular Rf. No. U ST/COMP/01 /2019-20 dated 2 April 2019 on
clarification regarding trading restriction period the Trading Window of the Company will be
closed for all designated persons and immediate relatives of the designated persons with
immediate effect i.e. from 3rd July 2019 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Financial Results
of the Company for the Quarter ended 30 June 2019.
