In accordance with SEBI Circular dated 30th January 2026 a special window has been opened for re-lodgement of transfer deeds which were lodged prior to the deadline of April 01st 2019 and were rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiencies in the documentation/procedure/or other reasons. Pursuant to the aforesaid the Company has published details of the opening of the special window in the tamil and english editions of the newspaper Business Standard (english) and Makkal Kural (tamil). Please find enclosed herewith newspaper clippings of the notice.
