Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM the board of directors of the company in its meeting held on July 30 2019 approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Nimis Sheth (DIN 00482739) as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years.
