Innova Captab Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) and our letter dated11th August 2026 we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Innova Captab Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Friday 21st August 2026 inter alia to consider approve and take on record the revision of standalone and consolidated financialstatements of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026 due to certain inadvertent error(s) were identified in the financial statements of the Company including in the financial statements of the entities which form part of the group prior to the adoption of such financial statements at the ensuing annual general meeting.
