With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that Ms. Surbhi Khanna (Membership No. A-40407) via her letter dated November 11 2022 has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from November 28 2022 due to her pre-occupancy in other assignments. Her resignation has been accepted and she will be relieved from her responsibilities w.e.f. November 28 2022. Her successor will be appointed shortly and the same will be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
