OCL India: Intimation Of Approval From Registrar Of Companies (ROC) For Extension Of Time For Holding The 68Th Annual General Meeting (AGM) Of The Company For The Financial Year Ended March 31, 2018.

With reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that by virtue of section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Registrar of Companies, Chennai (ROC) has granted extension of time for holding the 68th AGM of the Company by a period of 2 months and 18 days to be held on or before December 18, 2018.

In view of the above, please find attached herewith the order received from ROC, Chennai for your reference and information.
