HFCL: Typographical Error In Earlier Intimation Dated January 23 2026

This is in reference to our earlier intimation dated January 23 2026 submitted to you pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 regarding the public notice by way of advertisement in newspapers for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company.We wish to inform you that due to a typographical error the date mentioned in the aforesaid intimation was incorrectly stated as 23rd January 2026. In this regard please note that the correct date is 23rd February 2026.Except for the above correction all other contents of the earlier intimation remain unchanged.We regret the inadvertent error and request you to kindly take the above clarification on record.
