This is with reference to our uploading of Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 on BSE web portal uploaded on 14.09.2017 after the conclusion of Board Meeting.
Please note that while uploading the Financial Results as mentioned above mistakenly we have selected NO in the option Ind- As applicable and Reconciliation Table (Ind- AS requirement). However, our company has adopted for IND-AS from current financial year (i.e. 2017-18) and accordingly need to select YES in option Ind- As applicable and Reconciliation Table (Ind- AS requirement). Therefore, in order to rectify our clerical error we are hereby again uploading our Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 by selecting YES in the option Ind- As applicable and Reconciliation Table (Ind- AS requirement) .
