Integrated Financial Services: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and clarification given by BSE Limited vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02 April 2019 and pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors Promoters Designated Employees and Connected Persons with immediate effect i.e. from 01st July 2021 till 48 hrs after the declaration of Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2021.
