Pursuant to Regulations 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24th September 2026 to 30th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the member of the Company for the purpose of 80th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 30th September 2026 at 12:30 P.M through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
