Soma Papers & Industries: Disclosure Of Reclassification Of Promoters Pursuant To Regulation 31A (10) (Ii) Of SEBI LODR Regulations

In accordance with Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI LODR Regulations the Board has noted the reclassification of the erstwhile promoters from the Promoter and Promoter Group category to the Public category. The promoters of the Company now comprise Mr. Shankar Varadharajan and Mr. Keshav A. S. along with persons acting in concert namely Mr. Rohan Ramaswamy Mr. Venkatesh Subramanyam and Mr. Vignesh Seethapathi with effect from January 15 2026.
