This is further to our intimation dated February 15 2019 on judicial custody of Mr. Mukat B. Sharma Wholetime Director & CFO of the Company for investigation under the provisions of the CGST Act 2017.
We would further like to inform you that Mr. Mukat B. Sharma has been granted bail by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Economic Offence) Jaipur and has been released on March 26 2019.
The other information and the impact on the Company remains the same.
