Midwest Gold Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. Further due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on 28th May 2026 has been postponed and rescheduled to be held on 29th May 2026.
