As per the notice dated 9th July 2021 bearing reference number 20210709-9 a Resolution Professional is required to provide prior intimation about the date of hearing where Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) would be considering the resolution plan.In this regard please note that the Interim Application No. 1271 of 2021 in Company Petition No. 920 of 2020 seeking approval of a resolution plan is listed tomorrow i.e. Thursday 21st July 2022 before court room no. 1 of NCLT Mumbai Bench at Serial No. 05.Kindly take the same on record.
