This refers to the ongoing Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Demerger of the Textiles Business of GHCL Limited (i.e. Demerged Company) to GHCL Textiles Limited (i.e. Resulting Company).
We would like to inform that 2nd motion petition earlier filed in the Scheme of Arrangement of Demerger of the Textiles business was heard by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad (NCLT) on August 23 2021 and the order of admission of petition has been passed.
Please note that the date of final hearing is fixed on November 23 2021.
We would like to further inform that in line with the direction of the Honble NCLT Notice of Hearing has been published in the following newspapers:
(i) Indian Express (English) Ahmedabad edition dated September 9 2021; and
(ii) Gujarat Samachar (Gujarati) Ahmedabad edition dated September 9 2021.
