Onmobile Global: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of OnMobile Global Limited( the Company) will be closed for Designated Person and Insiders from April 01 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31 2025.
