MVL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/05/2019 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obliqations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations 2015 this to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of MVL Limited (the
"Company") will be held on Friday May 31 2019 to inter alia:
1.consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2019
Further notice shall also be published in the newspaper
In View of the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended this to
inform that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from
April 01 2019 for the Companys Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and the
Trading Window will be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
