Monind Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2021 inter alia to consider and approve In compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday the 11th November 2021 to inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021.
Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by insiders the Trading Window will remain closed as already intimated vide our letter dated September 29 2021 with effect from 1st October 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited Financial Results to the stock exchanges on Thursday the 11th November 2021.
