The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 11th November 2021 inter-alia has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the statement in the prescribed format showing the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021 alongwith the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereof.
