Sahyadri Industries: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended please note that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 1st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. Accordingly all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade insecurities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
