Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. Friday 14th November 2025 at the registered office of the Company have considered and approved Unaudited financial results of the company and Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor for quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2025 as per regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 enclosed herewith.
