Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Requirements 2015 the company is providing e-voting facility to the members. The cut off date for determining the members for e-voting facility is Wednesday 23rd September 2026. The remote e-voting shall commenced on Sunday 27th September 2026 at 09:00 AM and end on Tuesday 29th September 2026 at 05:00 PM.
