Raj Packaging Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19 2021 inter alia has considered and approved the following:

- Final dividend of 5% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21 subject to Shareholders approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
