Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the half-year ended September 30, 2016 prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 08, 2016 to November 11, 2016 till the results are published.
