This is in continuation of our intimation dated 27 May 2020 informing you about the Credit Rating assigned to the Company by Acuite Ratings & Research Limited (Acuite).
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that CARE Ratings Ltd. has withdrawn the Credit Rating assigned to the bank facilities availed by the Company at its request and on submission of No-Objection Certificates received from the Bankers of the Company.
We are enclosing herewith the Rationale for affirmation and withdrawal of Credit Rating issued by CARE Ratings Ltd.
The aforesaid letter will also be available on the website of the Company and can be viewed at www.skipperlimited.com.
