This is to bring your kind attention that pursuant to Section 96(1) read with second proviso of the Companies Act, 2013, extension for holding the Annual General Meeting, as sought by the Company, has been Granted/Approved by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur vide their letter dated 01.09.2017 (copy enclosed).

The date of holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be informed after it is finalized.

Please take the same on record and bring it to the notice of all the concerned.
