Prabhat Technologies (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2021 inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company along with Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31 2020.
We also wish to inform that the window for trading in the securities of the Company has been closed with effect from Friday January 01 2020 and shall continue to remain closed up to Saturday February 13 2021 (both days inclusive) for all the employees designated employees and directors of the Company including their immediate relatives in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
