Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 7th February, 2018, inter alia, considered and approved the Statement of Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017, reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.
