Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2016 has appointed Mr. Udit Amin as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. March 28, 2016.
The meeting commenced at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 12:00 Noon.
