HB Estate Developers Ltd has informed BSE that ICRA Limited on May 10, 2013, has revised the rating outstanding for Rs. 150 Crore Term Loan program of the Company from [ICRA] BB to [ICRA] D.
The Company is of the firm opinion that the revised rating is not fair and is taking up the matter with ICRA appropriately.
