1. Appointment of Shri.M.Nandagopal as Managing Director and Executive Chairman of the Company for a period of Five years for a proposed remuneration of Rs.1.60 Cr per annum per the applicable provisions of the Companies 2013 with effect from -3rd October 2023 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
