AccelerateBS India: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy ("the Policy") the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from October 01 2025 and the same will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30 2025 will be intimated separately in due course.
