HFCL: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Award_of_Order_Receipt_of_Order

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Company has entered into a five year supply agreement with a customer for the supply of high quality high fibre count Optical Fiber Cables (OFC) through its overseas wholly owned subsidiary.The total potential value of the contract over its tenure is estimated at ~USD 1.10 billion (approximately USD One Billion One Hundred Million) equivalent to ~?10 159 crores (approximately INR Ten Thousand One Hundred Fifty Nine Crore) based on prevailing selling prices of OFC products being supplied.This agreement marks a significant milestone being the first instance in the Companys history of entering into a long term multi year OFC supply arrangement of this nature.The details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30 2026 are as per attached letter.
