With reference to Board Meeting notice dated November 20, 2015 and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Sat Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Trading Window for designated employees of the Company shall remain closed from November 21, 2015 to November 30, 2015 and shall reopen on December 01, 2015. During this period, the Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents shall not deal in the shares of the Company.
