1. Mr. Mukul Banerjee, who was appointed as Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 30, 2016 was regularized as Non Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years.
2. Mrs. Rashi Saraf was appointed as Non Executive Director of the Company with effect from September 26, 2016.
