The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on January 29 2020 that commenced at 12:15 p.m. and concluded at 2:25 p.m. inter alia has approved the resignation of Mr. Sushil Gupta from the position of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. January 29 2020 due to his personal reasons.
